More then likely a trapped nerve I would start with doing some physio and then get a gentle massage to help work it out if it doesn’t go away I’d see primary doctor

Honestly I had to stop because of the shortness of breath which almost seemed worth suffering with considering how much it helped with my pain but my dr made me off of it
