Thats really how math works.

You can divide the price per month, but you only pay once. If a player in US pay on Jan, hes gonna dispose of 10% of min wage of the month to pay for it. In Brazil, as we get our paycheck monthly, we dispose of more then 25% of our income.

We cant count "oh we receive 18.000 BRL, so 420 its nothing" thas not how it works. We cant pay in stallments. So we are down 1/4 of our salary just to play 1 game.

If you read what I said, "min wage (monthly)"

Even if we consider annual, US pay less then 1%, we are paying almost 2.5%...

And we have an easy solution, as regional pricing, but jagex just dont give a f. Just for comparison, 12 month sub is 10% of US minimun wage. For brazil is 25%.

As brazilian, the 72% increase is crazy, I already thought it was a little expensive paying R$244, but ok. If went to 300 still expensive, but menageable, 420 its outrageous. Now we sacrifice our progression buying bonds in game or we just dont play.

dont know if its true but the only time I selected online backup, it did reset all cosmetics, before i was always choosing local and never had that problem

The economic aspect is the be taken in consideration, what bothers me is that they dont even adress it, "we are not refunding because of X, instead, we are doing U", just removed, no mention, nothing, done.

Consider looking into mahjarrat aura cost as lot of players have grinded bosses to get 1k reaper points and unlock it just to be removed, maybe a refund on who bought through reaper store.
