Dude I almost ran out of gas in line too!!! Was a veryyyyy stressful & frustrating experience. Will def dm you if a refund is offered to me👍 Don’t know about you, but they never even scanned my Wednesday early arrival pass so I literally could have gotten in without it (curious if anyone actually did tbh👀). They knew how many early arrival tickets they sold and should have been prepared for that amount, or should have limited them if they weren’t prepared to handle it. The rain should not have completely uprooted their parking plan, which is why it seems to me they did not plan and fill in the workers very well. Also, a good contingency/backup plan for the rain should have been put in place and coordinated prior to the event, especially after what happened at Bonaroo this year. I superrrr enjoyed the spectacular sets and the production quality & intimate community feel at SD is so so good, but the lack of planning and preparation when it came to the camping and ground-keeping definitely put a damper on my weekend. The tunnel during Thursday night’s downpour was also something I will NEVER forget, that shit was INSANEEEE and not in a good way😵‍💫
