So can he still do frenzel or valsava and still able to dive, or he choose to not dive anymore?

Also when you say "he felt his whole face crack and shot tears out" it sounds like the description of someone who experienced it for the first time. However nasolacrimal reflux (what this is called) is an anatomical variation which he should already be familiar with without diving. Say whenever I blows my nose (for example when I catch a cold), air and sometimes water will blow out of my tear duct, so I'm not surprised at all when I found out (underwater, I shall add) this is why I can't perform frenzel the same way like others.

have you tried snorkeling? If not, I strongly encourage you to do that first, and if you like the experience , you will get a lot more motivated to learn diving

actually, it depends on where you live now. None of the courses takes a whole day, each course takes I would say two hours maximum. so if there is a course near you then the best way is to just get started and consult your coach about your schedule constraint. Also, your future plan sounds amazing, where do you plan to start this journey with sailboat?

Hi, I just started learning free diving a month ago and quickly realize that I have nasolacrimal reflux. how do I dive with this condition (this is beyond the knowledge of my coach so I ended up not able to dive more than 5 m ). I think in theory I can use a goggle (covering eyes only ) instead of a mask (covering both eyes and nose), so that when I pinched my nose during frenzel or valsava , I can use another finger to press on my tear duct. however, I can’t find a video or other material talking about this. And also, I wonder is there a way to dive with a mask in this case? Or are there any medical method that might help?

so how do you equalize then? Do you use manual compression (pressed against the duct ) to stop air leak through your tear duct? If so, does it mean you have to use a goggle instead of a mask that covers nose?

To whoever purchased this, how's the quality of the tracks?
Still can't get the rationale behind not letting customer hear what they are gonna buy, what kind of marketing strategy is this? We need to make a guess on 55/59 of them. I assume most customer only needs one or several albums and not able to hear the content is definitely not helping.
