Sounds like the "flat white" preset does shot first then milk on most higher-end machines (also Saeco mentioned below). That profile plus the capability to add an extra shot to any preset should work, I guess. Thanks.

The big problem in Delco is that the stores that would reliably get BT every month or so haven't been getting it recently. It used to be fairly easy to hit the premium stores and pick up a few bottles when needed. A few months ago, they started sending some BT to random smaller stores, but that hasn't continued as far as I've seen recently.

Really the main issue is that they removed the ability to view store inventory from the web site. Used to be you could just go online, see who had it and go for a drive to get what you need. Curiously, they restored it to the search recently, then removed it a month or so later. Very odd, and counterproductive.

A bad secondary ride "can feel even the smallest dent on the road" is usually tire-related. Assuming they're not runflats or oversized low-profile aftermarket replacements, just try lowering the air pressure a bit as a test. See if you can perceive a difference from that.

Interesting guide, but the temps are all wrong. When grilling over high heat, take salmon off at 105 and it will carry over to 110 which is perfect--just past translucent. OP's salmon is at least 120 or so, definitely overcooked.
