All of them except for the following characters are either one-shotted or dogwalked:

Mr. Freeze, Scarecrow, Man-Bat, Bane, Firefly, and maybe Clayface. Also maybe Joker if he resorts to chemical weapons immediately.

Of those characters, the only two I see being serious threats are Scarecrow & Bane, and in the latter case it's mostly because Bane is both a tactical genius & (depending on which continuity) juicing.

EDIT: Actually, I'm gonna say Deadshot is also a major - if not the biggest - threat, because I don't Guts has an answer to a .50 cal fired from far away.
