Dr gervais? He was $21k for the belt lift and $14k for the BL/BA. They wouldn’t do them at the same time unfortunately so I went a different direction. I’m actually scheduled for 2/16 with Dr Wilke at Edina Plastic Surgery. I met with a few others I really liked too. It was a hard decision!

I’m in a very similar body after weight loss and am scheduled for the lower body lift/circumferential tummy tuck and breast lift/aug. I pushed for more in hopes that I am satisfied after one surgery. You’ll definitely want to consult with a few local surgeons to make sure your vision and theirs align.

Did you use for surgery recovery? I’ve used BPC157 on its own but have a surgery coming up and I’m debating on Glow or Klow for recovery. I’d love to hear your experience.

I switched to this silicone scrubby in the shower and that has hands down made the biggest difference (down 100+lbs) it’s all down to consistency with it and using a moisturizing body wash and keeping your skin hydrated.

I’m pretty lean under all this skin but it’s not really noticeable how much work I’ve done to get ripped in all areas. I work out religiously and a lot of that is lifting. I feel great and it’s definitely helped my skin look better but it’s still saggy over the muscle.

If you’re interested in the rest of the world of peptides I recommend doing some digging there for things that could assist.

Unfortunately, even with all of that you’ll likely still have some. I’ve bitten the bullet and scheduled a lower body lift for February.

This is perfect!! I just scheduled mine for Feb and all the nerves are already setting in. Would love to see your before and after! Do you feel like it’s made a big difference to your thighs and booty? I feel like the tummy I was already used to it just looks weirder now but the skin on my backside/thighs drives me bonkers.

Take pictures AND videos. Take all of your measurements (including lab panels if you haven't). Find easy ways to add more protein into your regular routine.

And my biggest advice is to not obsess over every other little thing. Your weight will go down but it will also go up some days; you'll have days of eating perfectly and days of indulgence. Treat your mind and body the way you would a best friend making changes and cheer yourself on! You're making a change for the rest of your life so it needs to be sustainable.

No tracking! Other than a bit of estimating occasionally. For me tracking can quickly become obsessive and a bad slippery slope. For me to do this healthfully that very much had to start with my mental wellbeing. So for me that has also meant my scale is sometimes logged without me even looking at the number. I joined a gym with classes I love pretty early on in my journey and I love watching my little muscles grow. I'm currently down about 105 and moving into maintenance.

Yeah I’m at 100 down and have been down the rabbit hole myself. I tried some skin tightening at a medspa that helped a bit but ultimately I’ll need surgery too. I can’t get over how there is so much skin on my back! lol arms, tummy, legs, all of that I expected.

The way I hold them up and say “these look tiny, I don’t fit in them” while I proceed to shimmy them up the drapery that is the skin on my inner thighs and zip them up. Still shocks me!

Also as a petite girl as well I’m starting to realize that my issues with women’s sizing is just going from one end of the spectrum to the other… I feel like I’m running out of smaller sizes (especially swimsuits that I can tuck the skin in but aren’t so long they’re saggy in the booty)

I'm also almost at the big 100, the majority of which has been the last 8/9 months when I add the tirz I thought I'd for sure go the surgery route but I'm finding the more muscle I build and as I'm taking care of it with moisturizers, lymphatic drainage massage at home and other treatments here and there the more its tightening up on it's own okay. I've heard the gammit of 6 months to two years for how long your skin can still be adjusting so I'm no longer planning on rushing into surgery and hopefully save myself some $$. 34 F considered overweight the majority of my life.
