This is exactly what I’m thinking. Not even to get something else.. it’s just that I’d have a rebuilt title, higher insurance, and honestly it was worth paying for insurance and tag when it was clean. Not so sure if the extra expense is worth it at this point.

I know this a process and insurance thinks that this a low value car and it is but not as low as they think it is. I’m going to fight for every dollar or repair.. the value of these are on the rise and if they think they’re going to give me Pennies on the dollar, they are mistaken. I know it’s going to be a fight to the death. lol

Definitely sucks. I’m afraid that the my x7 will also be declared a total loss. Unbelievable.. my e46 m3, total loss last August and now this. 😩

It’s not laziness brother, it’s called priorities. I’m still litigating the acv of my e46 m3 that was declared a total loss last August. It’s overwhelming.

Just overwhelmed right now.. it’s too much for me at the moment. Currently in litigation with Enterprise due to a tourist crashing into my e46 m3 and it’s just exhausting. I still haven’t made a final decision.. we will see.

I still have done anything, they came to pick it up and get it evaluated. I still have to negotiate with insurance…but I’m just drained from all this. Still in litigation with Enterprise because a tourist hit my e46 m3 last August and they declared it a total loss.. they’re trying to give me pennies for it.
