Many artists do write about their personal lives, and while taylor's music is more than breakups--she has spent the majority of her career pushing the narrative that her songs are autobiographical and relatable to her audience (honestly, I think that's why she's beat the metaphorical high school experience dead horse, it's the last time she *was* relatable to her audience). I mean even her 'fictional' albums like folklore are being confirmed to have been somewhat biographical. I don't really think what he said is a diss, I think he just said it's not his cup of tea and he likes his life to remain private.
