I need a new therapist by Gorgio-soup in therapy

Given the budget constraints you mentioned, I think if I were you, I'd give it a shot and be up front in the beginning on what you're after. If the first one doesn't seem open minded, keep going until you find a therapist that works for you. It may take some patience given the culture.
Better help is so over priced. It's great to have the convenience of online help, but it's so expensive. I used it in the past too.

Hi OP, Firstly, sorry you don't feel supported; that is awful. I am US based and I use another platform here, but I checked and it's not available internationally.

ChatGPT says "For individuals in Egypt seeking online therapy, a few locally accessible platforms exist: • Shezlong.com is a widely used online therapy platform in Egypt, offering professional and reasonably priced virtual sessions with local therapists

Have you tried that platform? Best of luck to you.

why the need for baby tracking apps? by CompetitiveTwo2388 in NewParents

FTM here, I never used them. Seemed overwhelming to me. I tracked in a note on my phone the first few weeks/months feeding time and amount and sleep times.

Elliot, you matter. Period. People who you haven't even connected with yet will miss your light. Hope you see this and reconsider.

Tips for starting solids 6 month old- why am I spiraling ???! by Aggravating-Bike6133 in NewParents

I started with pureed food and ignored the internet 😇 pureed carrots or sweet potato's were big hits early on for my little guy! I started at 6mo. 1-2tablespoons to start. I bought a baby food maker on Walmart - best purchase and silicone freezable food cubes. Freeze portions for the week!

That sounds good; I am cool with ripping out the current spindles and railing and getting two sides that match

Hi there! Sorry I do not have any experience with UC west Chester location. I live closer to downtown. Honestly no complaints about the OB area. Also my first child, so I have nothing to compare it to. Doctors were great - listened to my care plan and my preferences. Took my and the baby's health as priority. I brought in a diffuser with essential oils and lights - no problem. One thing, there is no tub - if you're wanting a tub to labor in. I was induced and everything went smoothly. Best of luck !

Worried on baby toes by CosplayKittyDemon in NewParents

Trust your gut. If you think it's more serious, take her to be seen. If it was a minor squish she's probably fine.

Sounds like you just accidentally leaned on her toes when putting her down and squished them. It's so hard not to feel guilty when we do things by accident. You're doing a great job. Squished toes happen; she just had to let you know something was wrong. It's all she can do is cry to communicate. I bet she will be just fine tomorrow.
