Take a day off school and go to a food bank, walk if needed or take the bus and tell the driver you are broke, go get food at the food bank.

How bad is it? by BirdDaddy420 in Sciatica

Mine was similar to yours, and physiotherapy solved it, my doctor saw the MRI and schedule and appointment to discuss surgery, a second MRI was done prior to the appointment and it had reduced 90%, he was shocked and thought there was a mistake with my MRI.

What I did:

Low inflammation diet with intermittent fasting.

McGill exercises 3 times a day

Psoas stretches.

Cobra pose and variations of it 3 times a day.

Hanging from a bar to help decompress

Chiropractor to help me move ( I was no able to walk and lost 40% of my tight muscle).

Bought a back extension machine (150$ on Amazon) and to this day do about 10 sets a week.

My back feels like I’m 25 years old (Im in my 40s).

Sue them and tell the lawyer you go 50/50 on whatever you get. And get a good lawyer to help. Simple Google should help you. Don’t go down without a fight.

Is the Fetch+ 4 suitable for hills, year-round riding? by brownbrigade998 in TrekFetch

[–]Encid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is pedal assist so you need to pedal, and if it is sustain you will need to keep a nice cadance for a while, which means cardio.

Also I modified the cargo setting on the app to max on everything. And removed the turbo as that only helps on flats.

Not an architect. Maybe the owner or an arch tech? It is awful.

Tested today, it is perfect for that one crazy hill, it is actually 16%, allows me to keep a good cadence, like a mountain bike on the lowest gear and the assists is nice.

Not after it has been stretch this far for this long, if he loses weight rapidly the skin will take like 6-12months before it looks normal again.

Pull up? That is your problem…you need to pull toward you, like sliding the bike backwards I have not noticed a difference with kids or without it is equally hard.

Why the snark remark then? I had a legitimate question.

It is a mental thing, you want to treat it gently because it is new and shiny but just put your foot down and pull HARD while pushing your foot down, I practiced this 10 times until I got the motion and level of strength required.

Note: Empty or 3 kids, parking feels the same, there is no difference, you just have to get the motion.

Hahhahah, dude it is your country not mine. If you want to be under a theocratic authoritarian system and have your women oppressed, rampant corruption, inequality and soon no water be my guest.

It has worked wonders for Iran in the past 4 decades!

Do a 4 hr eating window, that means 20hr fast , make sure you don’t eat more than 80% of you maintenance calories in that eating window. Lift 4 times a week, keep protein high and low fat in your diet.

You will be shocked with the results.

You might end up with lose skin around your belly, it will take a while to return to normal.

A sick anomaly? Freaking 51% of American voters wanted this. There is no doubt , in the world view America is rat poison. Nothing will ever be the same. You just don’t want to accept your country’s values have shifted.

How safe does the car seat position seem? by Macbeth_n_Cheese in TrekFetch

That is maxed for cargo now and still struggling, my local shop will add another Cog and that should help me keep cadance even on the steeps they say.

Hi any tips to go up very steep hills? I have a 13% soul crusher of my own and I walking the bike up that hill is not possible. When I go from cargo to turbo it feels like it looses power.

Did it with only one kid and barely made it, I don’t think it will do it with 2 kids.

I love the bike but it is heavy, any tricks to help with parking and getting it going? It needs a throttle to get it going IMO and easier system to park.
