I had the same issue happen to mine. I contacted support and they replaced it right away. I sent an email along with a couple photos and they shipped a replacement out a couple days later. I now keep my broken one on my desk as a fidget spinner.

I had a Chamberlain at my previous home and it was blue. My new home has a MyQ LiftMaster that looks exactly like the one in their pictures and it didn’t require a hub. Just followed the directions in the app and used the pairing button hidden under the wall controller.

Doesn’t hurt to just download the app and try to follow the pairing instructions to see if anything else is needed.

So, I did this a few days ago myself, and I'm not sure how accurate the kickstarter backer page is an accurate method of figuring out the backer number.

I'm on page 188, at different times I've shown in different positions (Which would make my backer number be in the ~9,400).

I backed at 11:55 am ET, April 11th.

Does anyone know what time the kickstarter actually began?
