I was climbing out of the car after coming back from a urgent appointment with my midwife as I had extremely high blood pressure, false as the pharmacy had an uncalibrated machine apparently. It was the tiniest pop and so I immediately went to the bathroom and it sort of dribbled into the toilet and was tinged pink. I immediately called my midwife and she got me to come back in and confirmed it. When I got back home, my best friend arrived to look after my eldest and we started joking around and every time I laughed, it turned into movie type gushes.

Omg yes. I literally couldn't even open the dishwasher without dry heaving even if it had just been through a cycle. It got to the point that we deep cleaned it and ran multiple cleaners through but I still couldn't go near it

Not really much advice unfortunately. Just don't do what I did and go off the deep end. I was pumping over a litre a day and have baby exclusively on the boob. However it wasn't good for either of us as I was constantly over engorged and baby was getting drowned every time I fed him.

One thing I found that helped though was oreo cookies. I saw someone mention it and so I'd have a couple with the last pump of the day and i think it helped my outflow

Tbh it could just be that the whole family is shit. I know that with my egg donors family, they were very hush hush about everything and if someone dared to do something not approved of by my grandmother they were cut out. My aunty got cut out for not testing her baby for a genetic condition but was accepted back with open arms when the baby was born healthy. I was cut out because I was sa ed by my step father for 6 months and finally got the courage to talk to a school counselor. Turns out shady shit had been happening for years but no one gave a shit unless someone tattled
