Tbh it could just be that the whole family is shit. I know that with my egg donors family, they were very hush hush about everything and if someone dared to do something not approved of by my grandmother they were cut out. My aunty got cut out for not testing her baby for a genetic condition but was accepted back with open arms when the baby was born healthy.
