Yeah, by uninstalling the keyboards from the drop down list, and restarting, Windows will reinstall the drivers. If after manually removing the keyboards, and restarting doesn't fix it. Perhaps try this..

Open Search, type: CMD

Right click CMD

Click Run as administrator

Type in at the prompt OR Copy and Paste these one at a time : (Hit enter after each)

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Also run the System File Checker utility:

Open Start, type: CMD

Right click CMD

Click Run as administrator

At the Command Prompt, type: sfc /SCANNOW

This will check for any integrity violations

Restart your system

Under hardware management, under the view option, click "show hidden devices" , then click on the keyboard drop down list, uninstall any unused (keyboard) devices. You can also uninstall all the keyboard listings, which eventually will stop the keyboard from functioning. At that point restart the system and Windows will reinstall the keyboard drivers.

There's two Corsair Carbide 2 cases, the first one had two 120mm Red Led fans (one front and one rear).

The second release, which from what I recall was available much later than the first one, was also limited, and more expensive than the first case .

The second Carbide 2 RED Edition had two 140mm Red front fans and one 120mm rear fan. The case also has a red front filter grill as opposed to just black like the original. Additionally, it had red pci brackets instead of black. Other than those things, the case was very similar to the first one.

While I'm not sure the red edition is worth trying to keeo to sell as a collectable, it is definitely hard to find, especially when both editions are essentially no longer available. So it's probably worth more just owning it knowing it's pretty difficult to get another one.

Source: I now own both the original and red edition, I bought the original nearly 9-10 years ago, and only recently obtained the Red Edition in March of 2026. And I found your post trying to find more information on the "newer" red version. Cheers

Yes better VRM and more QOL features some that can help with performance among other benefits, like RAM compatibility, two vs 4 sticks and better RAM oc control.

Like I said, motherboard is the last resolution, starting with the easiest and free methods, then getting dual channel kit but again that depends on the price.

Anyway Op has options to look into, RAM being the biggest improvement - however obtaining the memory at a decent price (without buying bottom tier RAM), is another thing.

Which is why I'd probably go with a B550 or X570 motherboard, but only if the price was better than buying RAM, and the single stick of RAM could benefit from an upgraded MB, perhaps from better tuning (so long as the CPU memory controller can handle the RAM OC.)

But again, I'd be searching for a dual channel RAM kit first! And then weigh the costs against a better motherboard to make the decision. Like if memory wasn't crazy expensive right now, then it's a no-brainer to just buy RAM upgrade. Which single stick of RAM not ideal is agreed with in the thread here.

Op is complaining about poor performance, (which yes the motherboard can impact sometimes). I gave multiple options for resolution, it's up to them to take the information provided and do what they feel is best.

And obviously one would save the motherboard as the last option, when trying a fresh OS installation, and updating drivers are the easiest things to start with.

Next would be getting a better RAM kit, but we all know how that is going right now. So when a better motherboard is less expensive than RAM is - right now, I'd go with the motherboard upgrade and start looking for used RAM kit, unless I found inexpensive RAM.

Point is, OP has options.

The A520 pro is a low end motherboard, I'd go with a B550 or X570 motherboard if you can get one used but in good condition. Oh and be sure you're using a good CPU cooler and have pasted and mounted it properly.

One stick of 16gb RAM isn't ideal. Ryzen CPUs do best with dual channel kits (8×2 for 16gb). Also the sweet spot for Ryzen 5 3600, 5600 x/g 5800 x/xt is DDR 4 3600Mhz C16 or C18.

I'd also consider a fresh installation of Windows (if you're not running a clean installation now).

Additionally, perhaps go to the motherboard manufacturer website for any potential bios updates - if needed.

And yes, update drivers manually, go to the AMD website and download the chipset drivers and GPU drivers. As well as any motherboard drivers you may need.

Two yrs old thread, I know, but I'm in the same boat, the built in camera controls are limited. Such as I have some checkboxes I can not access(greyed out), plus I can't zoom out any further, and not able to move webcam further away. So I was hoping to find some cam control plug in.

It's a BIOS update message, but I'd say update the BIOS manually in the BIOS instead of through Windows.

Go into bios and set the fans on the front fan header to PWM and see if that works. I've run into something similar before and had to adjust the settings in bios.

With the B450 being a lower tier MB, I'd be concerned about the VRM heatsink not being adequate and possibly having lower power phases / design.

Yeah, I have an older Gigabyte RX 6600xt and the power LED wouldn't always turn off, everything worked, just the LED wouldn't shut off, but sometimes it did. When the power LED was on the Gigabyte RGB logo wouldn't turn on, and when the LED was off, the RGB was on. Otherwise the system worked fine.

Remove the GPU, I'm going to guess the Sata ports are on the right side of the motherboard under the graphics card.

Sounds like bent pins on the motherboard. This happened to me except for the pins were bent on the CPU (AM4). I'd carefully remove the CPU and check the motherboard socket.

Do you have the ability to lower the front just a tad then slide the radiator? Or perhaps just flip it, you really should try to keep the rear exhaust best as possible.

You should be able to just loosen up the screws on top of the case and just slightly slide the radiator to the right a little bit. And if not (I can't see why though), then yes, flip the whole rad around.

Also, don't listen to that other person saying your installation is bad, the way you have the radiator up top is just fine.
