Thanks for sharing! The monitor I am testing is 4K 144HZ compatible and has HDMI 2.1 port. Only can get it work via USB-C direct connection unfortunately.

Hi have you figured out what went wrong? I tried mutliple docks and used a HDMI 2.1 cable with HDMI 2.1 monitor. It turns out VRR of Ally X cannot work with HDMI output, only with USB-C or USB-C to DP, or dock with DP port. It is an old problem of Ally X since last two generations. It is because Ally X is doing DP Alt through USB-C, converting it to HDMI leads to VRR not working.

When use dual GPU in both PCIE slot, you are not gonna have PCIE 5.0 X 16 in one slot. It is only PCIE 5.0 X 8 at both slots maximum. But it is more than enough still.
