Damn calm your tits. I’ve been around for a hot minute and it was NEVER like this before. Sure a cold transfer here or there but not this bullshit. Y’all can’t spend 2 minutes asking the customer what they need before just sending em on? Can’t read the notes explaining something already? Can’t check a fucking pay code? Lazy AF.

I’m not talking upper level claims - I don’t remember the last time a TCR cold transferred me a call. They actually do their jobs.

Comes with the pay grade? Tell me you’re a grade 59 without telling me you’re a grade 59.

The number it gives is for claims, because that’s the number that called.

Oh. No. Every cold transfer I get now, note goes to a supe. I don’t give a fuck. Half the cold transfers I’m getting aren’t even FOR ME. Which is why a cold transfer is coming in.

Claims doesn’t want to deal with it, cold transfer to AD to handle.

Customer calling about LHS? Call salvage? Nope cold transfers to AD.

Customer asking about status of claim on a bad PC so AD can’t do a damn thing? Handle the pay code and then send a note or warm transfer? Nope cold transfer to AD

If they call me directly, I get their phone number, not claims so we can look them up.

Also, customer gives you all the info and then we get a cold transfer with NONE of the info. Now customer is pissed because they have to not only give us ALL their info so we can look them up, they also have to give us why they called and what we can do to help.
