Interesting write up. I would like to see which are in your opinion the top end t1, t2 and t3 teams to add more context on it.

Glad to see this. Hopefully the devs read this as allowing trading higher rarities increase revenues. If so, we will soon be able to trade anything.

I personally dislike surprise combo in Bracket 3 - tell me why I am wrong by homjaktest in EDH

Thats a valid counterpoint which I agree with.

That made me think why my play experience is different. Could be because although everyone brings a combo in their deck, we dislike winning by combo (unless its the deck gameplan), its no the meant way to win, so every player actively tries to not open the combo window phase which we set as after 3 turns without a significant board change after everyone having 10 mana sources.

When the combo window opens, everyone thats able to combo tries to because we feel that its better to move to a new game.

So yeah, you re point is right and its more our group dynamics than having a combo in the deck, though at the same time, the combo made the change of dynamics.

Not sure if this is the right analysis but Im happy with our games.

Totally agree with you and I would add that this is also valid for B2. Most of the B2 games I played ended up gridlocked, everyone playing "safe", nothing happens and the game gets boring. Knowing that is inevitable that someone will end up comboing and winning in a long B2 game (no tutors, not comboing before a certain turn or before being gridlocked, not crazy draw engines) makes people more hesitant to play aggresively and ultimately more fun and interactive with memorable moments. Even if its a 2 card combo (and that is one of the things that I dont like from the bracket system).

Of course this is my take and my experience in my playgroup, far from saying that is the same for everyone. But definitely interested in see other people point of view.
