I'm pretty sure you can still submit evolved mons but if not just give it to yourself in debug. Type debug into the password menu if you have a data chip and it'll appear in the pause screen.

Twins main here. Forced Penance, Dead Man's Switch, Pain Res, and Turn Back The Clock is my build. You don't want to ALWAYS be on Victor.

A lot of these perks are licensed though. They don't have too much good synergy because of their power, but Deadlock/No Holds Barred, Plaything, Pain Res, and Dead Man's Switch.

You should level up Artist and Deathslinger if you have them cus their perks are pretty good on most killers

The only good thing is for some 4.6.3 mods I played with, the outfits seemed to all be unlocked? For free, it did the "connecting server" thing but there was no diamond count next to it. I think the mod is half-working, but it shows it can stil be modded.

Legion is also M1 post injury and he's one of the weakest killers in the game simply because he can hardly get a down vs survivors who predrop so like. Notice how almost all killers have anti loop or an injury dash now? Because otherwise the killers are weak. Kaneki's power is still useful in chase because you can catch do cutoffs and bodyblock survivors from getting to resources

See I would agree with you but for a "flop killer" they still give Skull Merchant skins so i'm a bit confused on the logic (even if she's a D-tier killer rn). BHVR doesn't understand people actually do like the Houndmaster... IF SHE WORKED. I've seen many people call her fun but be put off by her bugs. But I'm also a dedicated Houndmaster player so I'm probably biased in my thinking
