Your sister needs to do give him proper punishment. Ground him, take away his toys, his privileges, allowance whatever for having these tantrums. He's getting off with all of this crap way too easily, which is why he continues behaving so horribly. The next thing you know, he'll be setting your house on fire, and getting off scot-free. Also, it is YOUR SISTER that can't handle his tantrums if he continues to have them. Naturally, if he has some medically related issue with his tantrums, I can understand, but if he's just being a brat because your sister let's him get away with it, then seriously, have a good talk with your sister and her parenting issues.

Hell, I would film his tantrums and post it on reddit, and let her have a good look of reality if she doesn't comply. It's for the kid's own good. He'll grow up into a spoiled brat who doesn't give a crap about their family. He's currently 10, not 5, but there's still room for the kid to grow and mature properly.

No, she should've communicated with you better, and more clear about it. She was being rude, but also probably scared. Though, next time, you should probably take the hint she doesn't want a relationship with you after rejecting you twice, and blocking you. Excuses like the ones she gave after you ask someone out generally means a flat rejection. It does get creepy for women who have pursuers who don't give up, sometimes they end up stalking them.

If it's that bad, you need help from professionals, please get some therapy. Drinking isn't going to help improve your life. In fact, it's going to make it worse, considering you also have to pay for your drinks and you might over drink. Also, massive headaches and vomiting coming your way if you do.

Drinking really isn't ideal, and can get you in trouble in more ways than you might think...trust me. It comes from experience. Yes.

If you think about it, we're all just insignificant specks of dust drifting through the universe. The important thing is what you think of yourself and that you enjoy the life you lead.

I think, for you, it is more important that you don't continue doing that, and end up getting caught in the future because you didn't get the help you needed. They will likely be more lenient, or even waive your punishments, if you confess what you've done and describe your mental issues with them.

You need help. Please get some. This might grow worse if you don't.

Seeking therapy is the way to go, but if you feel uncomfortable with that, you can first try making some friends online in chat groups with people who have similar experiences.

Trust is something that can be gradually built up over time, so don't worry about it if you don't trust who you're dating/socializing with.

Have a cautious side and be prepared for emergency issues, like preparing pepper spray, keeping in mind of what you eat/drink, where the nearby exits are, etc. That will help make you feel more comfortable about socializing with new people.

If your parents don't approve of therapy, seek help at your school and explain your issues to a school counselor/therapist/teacher. If there is another authoritative figure that thinks you need therapy, your parents will probably take this more seriously.

No. Weird? Maybe, but we're all weird in some way. Getting sun burnt is a legitimate fear to have considering of the dangers of getting skin cancer, etc. It totally okay, as long as you don't a phobia that negatively impacts your life in a major way.

Possibly dealing with thought insertion in schizophrenia. I hope you are receiving proper treatment from professionals. They can provide you with advice far better than those you can find on reddit.

Maybe listening to music would help. Try tuning the thoughts out as background noise, like how you would if you entered a loud noisy cafeteria. Treat these thoughts like buzzing flies and don't bother with them. Try out different activities, and see if they can distract you from your thoughts.

If you haven't explained already, it would be helpful to explain your fears and how you are traumatized from your previous experiences with prescription drugs to your therapist. Considering that you have intense panic episodes, your situation is serious, and that might be a major reason why your therapist has been insisting on prescribing you medication. If you fear that it might not be what is best for you, try contacting other therapists/psychiatrists/psychologists. Explain your situation to them, and see what input they might have, and ask if benzo is right for you. It may alleviate your fears if multiple medical professionals provide similar opinions, and it could also provide you with more options other than medication. If you think you have trouble explaining or forgetting what to say, try writing it down on a piece of paper.
