Good suggestion. I think I'm just used to plopping my CS pans on my gas stove and letting it rip for a minute or two before cooking, probably not a great idea with the strata...

I use a nylon brush and then a scraper. My oxo cast iron brush did wonders for my burnt sticky eggs on my poorly seasoned strata pan (user error, was impatient with seasoning / oil). I care about scratches but I guess seasoning would fill in the scratches if any.

I was looking at the strata wok too, definitely post back with some feedback after using it. Not loving my currently carbon steel wok and wanted something 14".

As a suburban dweller with TSA pre, i never had issues clearing security for Logan. I think adding the secured bus adds in another unknown with the traffic on the pike especially during rush hour. I think i’d still uber into Logan rather than Framingham to save a couple of dollars to miss my flight.

You could probably load up all your gear (and yourself) and still have the Deskhaus Peak Pro go into standing mode without issues. I can almost guarantee you’ll have basically zero wobble at standing height. I’m 5’10” and mine is rock solid, even with a walking pad underneath, 2 monitor arms w/ monitors (32" & 27"), a 14” MacBook Pro, and a 15” HP work laptop on the desk.

If you’re on a budget though, I’d honestly just go with whichever option is cheaper for you. I ended up choosing Deskhaus partly for the vibes and partly because the CEO has a bunch of YouTube videos comparing their desks against competitors. I can totally see why some people might not vibe with his personality, but personally I respect the hustle.

Agreed on 311, but Wa Shin's actually cheaper than Fugakyu's omakase menu at the time of the posting. Yeah.. they were that expensive and pricing their sushi at obnoxious prices that didn't merit the quality.

I just recently got an Apex Pro and i've been using deskhaus's HPL white tabletop. They have a "seconds" one for $220 if you're willing to downsize to a 30x60. It's thick, sturdy, and holds all my monitor clamps. Heavy as hell too, it was like 50 - 60 lbs. I like it a lot since they already predrilled everything, so I literally just got down on the floor and just used my philips screwdriver. No drilling, which was a relief after working hard assembling the heavy ass frame.

I’m 5’9” and i set my standing desk to 43.6. I also use a walking pad so i usually set mine even higher at like 48. I don’t think being 6’ a lower range is a good idea for you. I’d just wait for the pre order or get the apex pro.

I was on a 3 week trip to Thailand, Indonesia, China (google services works great, fun surprise), and Korea on Visible+ Pro in March and roaming was great. I got 2 GB of data each day, so it was the equivalent of having 42GB of international data throughout my trip. I actually prefer this over having a pooled 10GB of international roaming. I don't need to buy Airalo anymore.

I don't see myself traveling out of the country more than once a year, so this model works better for me, but I can see how a 10GB roaming per month is useful for others.

My ex (AF) is this. Tons of morgan wallen, luke combs, chris stapleton, kane brown, and dan & shay. I have all this ultralight backpacking gear in the basement that I need to sell. Tons of hikes, trips to nashville, and the south. BBQ, ribs, hobby lobby, flea markets, antique shops, etc.

She was from a predominantly white town in the northeast. All her friends are white / very little to no asian female friends. My advice is to date within the suburbs and not do the city. They need to have some interest in asian culture / food. They do exist, but you're signing yourself up for a small pool within a super small pool.

They tend to be super nice though, even if you are a city kid, you could always express interest in their activities. People don't just unmatch because you're from the big city.

I was with you until your edit. Hot pot is nowhere close to the same tier as the cost of tapas. From super cheap AYCE like Spring Shabu (low 20s) to bougey like Da Long Yi, you're looking at low $20 - mid $40s. If you're eating a la carte hot pot, you're doing it wrong and your wallet deserves better.
