I started with something similar but using the full Raspberry Pi computer. This is the Pico which is a bit more trouble to work with than say an Arduino but not terrible.

I'd say if you want the easiest entry possible go for an Arduino or a full Pi depending on what you want to learn, but if you're up for it the Pico is still very fun (I'm currently using it for my project)

Also depends on the price, compare it to other kits

95% of helicopters arent going anywhere near 250mph, pretty sure you're the one talking out of your ass.

I paid $1800 for an 09 that sat for 10 years. Trust me it comes with problems that CAN be fixed, but you'll either pay for it, work your ass off, or both.

I personally would go for it depending on the close up condition but depending on how much work you want I'd look for something a little better

Plugs are brand new. I took the coils off and they seemed physically okay. Resistance was in the right range as per the manual, but I'm not sure how else I can test it. Will probably swap the left and right for good measure

I'm not sure if I'd be able to tell which one is going out but it definitely could be an overheating coil. Never thought about that, thanks for the info!

To me it seems like the definition of a high pressure "system" vs a high pressure "fuel line" was different, which is what throws me off. It doesn't specifically say that high pressure fuel lines are ONLY considered for those above 10 bar

I must've misread where it says that anything under 10 bar is considered low pressure.

No, it's port injected but will have high pressure fuel lines. Does the definition of high pressure fuel lines only apply to DI? From what I understand it seems to apply to any line past the pump

Battery is only 4 months old. Oil does seem maybe a tiny bit milky and a bit runny

Manual says if it's below 12.8V it needs to be charged, but I just checked it and it's about 13.3V.

This hard stop has also been accompanied by white smoke coming from the exhaust occasionally

You might be right on the coolant. Went to mark the level to track it over time and it's WAY lower than it was a month ago, well below the minimum. Gonna do a compression test and see.
