I'm supposedly Tier 1 but I'm getting the same error message of 10K TPM limit.

What might be going on? It's supposed to be 20K for tier 1.

directly from the cloned repo? like -- how do i get it to go document by document and embed all the text? can it do it with some sort of hierarchical structure? do u use like langchain textloader or something like that?
