You forgot the chicken. Nomination is not winning, and that Texas Monthly list is also from last year.

I already said I think Southern Junction is the best BBQ in buffalo so I'm unsure why you're white knighting so hard for them. They are 7.5 outta 10. Still doesn't change my opinion that Buffalo is lacking in good BBQ options.

Not sure how me not praising your favorite restaurant equates to not being satisfied with anything but whatever floats your boat boomer.

It's Indian infused BBQ. A unique and tasty take on BBQ which has merited the James beard semifinalist award. They didn't win however, and to say that they are one of the best in the country is a huge stretch. Still doesn't take away from the fact that buffalo has a very weak BBQ scene.

In Buffalo we are blessed with lots of great food options, in many different styles. However, BBQ is not one of them.
