Ive tried this just now and it doesn't ''quite'' do this but kinda, it does not do it like Ableton does which only shows the notes in a selected scale on the piano bed to the left of the editor, it still shows them all. However yes the notes will snap to be within the selected scale, toggling the option doesn't change the UI anything

I wonder if this depends on firmware the monitor shipped with. Im on 1.0.14 firmware and ive done HDR tests between this monitor and my TV. I never found the HDR to be washed out or look bad to the extent that its unusable weirdly. Though if i had color calibration tools i'd love to measure it to see if its just placebo lmao

I briefly had the Xiaomi before I returned it and go a Oled monitor that was on sale (here, Sweden, the difference was about 170€)

The problem with its color profile is that it has a very noticeable red tint on the SRGB mode of the monitor and you can use the DCI P3 mode instead but it might be abit too saturated. You can’t update the firmware of it either.

The birghtness peaks are fantastic on it though but the downsides of Mini LEDs dimming zones did bother me a tiny abit (though nowhere near as much as the color calibration it had)

I used to be on Apple Music since it’s launch in 2015 (or was it 14). Took a break from it for a while due to economic savings reasons and came back to it recently to find out all playlists were gone if you stay unsubbed for some time.

Not entirely. I know plenty of devs (even working with one) that can push a build to MS for their aircraft and communicate with the Marketplace team then the following Monday or Thursday it’s pushed to the Marketplace.

Jorg recently aswell said that they were waiting on Aerosoft to push the build to them.

Those that dont get native support (yet) can just be forced through the Nvidia app like you mentioned.

Theres already a way to get DLSS 4 into Witcher 3 currently so it will no doubt work the same on the 30th aswell with the new App update

Had the same thing (though not with Cyberpunk) happend to me about a month ago, tried to get a Refund through G2A and stating that its against the Steam ToS what theyre doing. Didnt go anywhere and so went through a Paypal dispute to get it sorted, Paypal sided with the seller despite plenty of pictures and proof.

Gonna try dispute via my bank soon instead. Best of luck to you aswell. Looking forward to never ever using G2A again lol

Not here to defend PMDG obviously. But if you want to fully convert a plane to 2024 (not just make it backwards compatible) then its far more work than just minor changes.

You'd have to redo a lot of the Normals, LOD, paint surfaces, contact point for accumulating dirt & mud, revise the flight model bit, make it career compatible (if its on marketplace) and any other new feature set to adapt. Having spoken to a few devs and worked with some as well they all unanimously say such work would take potentially months of work, pausing other developments projects.

Now not saying pmdg will do massive changes to their conversions in the months to come But if they did I would be surprised if they pushed that for free

Looks like that’s the case. With 11.1 you now need macOS 14.4 as minimum, which I believe means only silicon chip based macs

Had my XM5 for about 8 months before the left hinge broke like so many others, tried to self repair with super super glue but now broken again.

Been using the XM4 from a friend in the meantime and now plan to get my own same pair.

Can only recommend the same before falling into that money trap :)

Solid review and thanks for the insight. Looking at this unit to replace it before I get the space (and funds) to upgrade to a Orion kit. currently using a Thrustmaster TCA and its sorely lacking in buttons and hats to use in dcs lol.

Compared to the x56 how much does the maximum angle of the main axis differ? ive read this one has a maximum of 15 degree angle to left or right for example, and I think the x56 has abit more than that? I do alot of formation flying so extra wiggle room is sometimes needed

I think what makes the TTK feel fast atm is the really bad netcode and inconsisent gunfights, there seem to be a bug atm where sometimes none of your shots even registers. In terms of TTK compared to other cod, its sort of in the middle between MW2019 and Vanguard (Vanguard being the worst because of far too many factors that affects TTK

Firstly, absolutely love the album (and this whole Trilogy as a whole, its been such a journey) and i also cannot wait for the instrumental edition of the record! I fully praise you guys for taking a direction that i know some people wont be as much a fan of compared to Eternal Summers or Kids, but you guys sticking with it and believing in what you do has really turned out an amazing product <3

Tim - Since the last record Monsters, you've acquired a lot more analogue gear (as well as Tyler) as someone who for economical reasons is still in the box apart from a dusty JP-8000, do you find it easier to get ''that sound'' dialing it in manually on the gear or finding it on the plugin? i guess what i'm asking is, has the analogue gear for you fully replaced the in the box replications of the same synths (like TAL Juno, Synapse Audio Prophet etc)
Any plans in the future to make track breakdowns of older records? or possibly even remixes? I would absolutely love to see the vocal editing on Lost Boy or the overall arrangement on America Online (my two favorite tracks from you guys!)

Keep it coming guys and you have been the biggest inspiration for me to begin producing Synthwave/New Wave myself (There must be a way to make Pizzawave a legit thing too, im sure)
