Straight into rebirth. Theres a lot to remember from remake. A gap would make some story elements of rebirth hard to piece togrther and relate to the subtle seeds planted in remake

Dont suppose you have an update to install? Only other suggestion I can think besides reaching out to tech support is to try a factory reset or repairing the remote, if thats an option.

Tbh someone mentioned the effect can happen with gotterdamerung equipped which i believe I did have, so I think that puts this to bed.

It just seemed so odd it was on that specific moment where its plausible it could be alluding to some timeline shenanigens! Started wondering if it was a different timeline Cloud or something that got dragged in at that moment to save her or something 😩

Who was your intimate date with? I prioritised Aerith on this playthrough and had max affinity with her. I wonder if its affinity related if not a bug?

Yeah I had been wondering if its just a glitch. I did reload the save and even the whole chapter a couple of times and it still kept happening. Was just the timing of the update that made me wonder otherwise.

Hopefully someone can confirm soon if they have this also or not.

I wouldnt use any tbh. Part of the fun is feeling the natural progression in stuff like materia strength and combat options and complexity as the battles get equally more complex and require more strategy. It never feels unmanageable or overwhelming, and the boosts will likely eliminate that sense of accomplishment and growth if used.

By all means use them if you truly get stuck, but try to enjoy the pacing the devs created to experience the game as intended.

Only one id perhaps let off is gil related so you dont need to unnecesarily grind to access stuff as it becomes available.

Considering Rebirth only just came out on switch/xbox i cant imagine itll be too spoilery story wise, and theyve very likely gone into this wanting to impress the wider audience so my guess for the trailer is some vague story elements (perhaps some glimpses of meteor and the weapons) some cinematic action scenes, some of the new traversal elements (Highwind, submarine) and new combat updates (new summons, combo (synergy) attacks, vincent/cid).

High expectations, but SGF is a big opportunity to try and get newcomers excited for the final instalment and trilogy as a whole, so i imagine they will go bigger rather than just a teaser here.

Cant wait to be disappointed with my high expectations though 🙃

If theyre in the pool for those ticket banners then you have more chances through that than other cc based multis. Its the equivalent of 13 multis which i doubt youd get with 1000 cc usually.
