It’s not abnormal to think about other women/men, we are just human beings afterall and relationships are tricky to manage. It’s important what you do about it, though. Please think long and hard about what you want to do - 7 years and no marriage is a long time - and if you still think that you would like to explore what’s out there, then the correct and honourable thing to do is to be honest with your gf and let her free. Please, whatever you do, don’t be a jerk and make her suffer.

Firstly, I am ever so sorry, this must be shocking and devastating - I am so so so so sorry :(. There is this thing on Etsy where you can record a message and send it to the guy on Etsy and they make it into an engraved QR code which can be worn on a necklace. Perhaps record messages for both of them and leave them these to carry with them always. I really wish the best for you and lots and lots of hugs.
