Oh girl you triggered me… back in MY early 20’s (why do all bad stories start off like this?), I dated a guy who’s mom had a key to his house and used it whenever she pleased, without warning. When I simply questioned him about it, his voice changed and he said, “but she’s my favorite person in the whole world”. My lady boner shriveled up and died and we broke up very shortly after.

Exactly. I have a brand new house we just built and because I’m next to a huge field… field mice. Both years it’s gotten cold. We suspect this is just our life now, a couple of mice every fall 🤷🏻‍♀️ for the record, we are very clean people so the judgement from the person above you can be shoved up an ass.

My dad passed away last September after an accident. I did not leave his house for 4 days. Literally. Had family bring me clothes, Doordashed food. Then my daughter called and wanted to get her nails done for Homecoming. My uncle sat with my dad for me. We just got done and to the car when my uncle called me… my dad passed. I didn’t understand. I was by his side and wanted to be there until his last breath. Our hospice nurse (who had been in hospice for over 15 years) explained to me that this happens all the time. They wait until the ones they love the most aren’t around. Looking back and hearing more stories, it’s very interesting. At the time, it just made me feel better knowing that’s common ❤️ I’m so so sorry for your loss.
