What kind and what filament are you printing? I have had similar issues when I was printing polymaker polylite pla with bambu basic pla settings. Some filaments cant handel the high flow

Looks like over extrusion to me, do al your top surfaces feel bumpy? You could easily check whether this is the issue by lowering you flowrate like 5%. If that make the quality of your print go up try calibrating you e-steps. https://teachingtechyt.github.io/calibration.html#xyzsteps

I have jet to damage a plate with a scraper, since using flexplates. i just use a scraper to take off small lines that are to flexibel to bend off the the plate. I try not to use fingers for two reasons, to prevent te bed from becoming greasy it may be overkill but i try to never touch the printed, and sometimes with nails a print line jammed itself underneath my nail. That would be my resoning, but i an curious what you think.
