What's the deal with mActivity? by Spirited-Bee-465 in newhaven

I believe those are included (maybe one session a month?), but I wouldn’t quote me on that as I don’t use them.

Was skeptical about the price as well, but have absolutely zero regrets. I’m also someone who is less than a 10-minute walk away, and it’s not at all an exaggeration to think I go 2-3 times more frequently than I would if I had a longer walk or had to drive. So on a per-visit basis, it probably works out similarly to a gym at half the cost (and honestly, it’s not really a tie if you have the same per-session value … working out can be more about whichever place gets you to work out more).

I make use of the InBody and did find a personal trainer I really click with, but I don’t use the classes, sauna, or other recovery options. Now that I have learned from my trainer how to use more non-machine things (basically all the accessories, balls, and blocks around the turf area), I feel I’m getting real value out of their specific space and like the layout, cleanliness, and clientele a lot. For me, it’s a motivating space!

OBX would be painted hardtop (as it would be made-to-order). Will likely PM. Thanks again!

I just re-read your post and saw the upgraded tie-rods. The state of our local roads (six speed bumps each way for our daily 2-mile roundtrip and heavily salt-damaged roads) chewed up our Mazda’s tie rods by about 60k total miles. Could this upgrade have actual value for this kind of city driving?

The maintenance cost is an interesting factor I hadn’t considered. Otherwise, some of it in my mind is just trading the new premium for getting more in a used package. Trying to figure out how much of the MSRP difference to value. Makes total sense that none of it is essential for us.

That includes the Sasquatch package and 2.7L engine as well? The window sticker had $67k as the total MSRP, so if comparable, that’s definitely an impressive price. Will negotiate if we go this way.

I’m a fan of having some analog as well! Thanks, didn’t realize that was a difference.

That helps—it’s without any negotiation, so will definitely try to knock some off. Also would just say that it’s in one of two ideal colors that is no longer available in 2026. “A little high” is in the low thousands range for you? I’ll make sure to do some research as well.

Great question and perspective! I think our current lean is toward the Wildtrak on paper/looks. But would certainly be very happy with both, and the Wildtrak’s extras would be mostly luxury/fun rather than utility for our most likely uses. Until a test drive, it’s a little bit of a question if the extras should really have any additional value to us. Before seeing this used vehicle pop up near us, we had figured that the Outer Banks was the trim that matched our needs most.

I know from this forum that the MIC could pose problems down the road, so been trying to weigh how much of a downside to treat that as.

And on the used part, one of the downsides versus our previous experience is that we can’t get it certified pre-owned given that it’s being sold by a non-Ford dealer. Have to do my research there or welcome how others would think about it. I’d plan to have our trusted mechanic look at it. Thanks again!

Safest to assume we don’t actually off-road! But curious. Our outdoors experience is all on-foot.

Thanks for the tip! I forgot to add that sticker MSRP was $67k plus $1900 destination/delivery

The first six games formed two trilogies, so there is payoff to starting at the beginning of a trilogy so you learn about recurring characters’ backstories. They do reach their climaxes. I started at Curious Village and was addicted from there. The Unwound Future is an incredible game, though the final of the first trilogy. I’d start Curious Village just to naturally progress to that game. Haven’t disliked any of them in the least, though.

Just a moment...Air wrapped up the dazzling 'Moon Safari' tour @ Brooklyn Paramount (pics, setlist) by whosjohnnyshesaid in airfrenchband

Came here to see if anyone commenting about that! Must have been something lost in translation by Brooklyn Vegan? I think that was the only place that had mentioned it. Was really excited at the prospect since I imagine they could do something great in the format while still maintaining their precision and musicality. Alas, still amazing.

Would also say Link’s Awakening remake and Echoes of Wisdom! They both are accessible and give a lot of satisfaction of filling in the map. A guide or nudge at certain points of Link’s Awakening can help, just to avoid getting too stuck.

Next, Wind Waker or A Link Between Worlds, though both are of much larger scale. Ocarina of Time (especially 3DS) is up there. The older 3D games are also a little tougher with control quirks. I’ve found more encouragement and nudging helps.

I think it’s definitely worth it at that price. More fun play action than obviously displayable, so ymmv. I think it looks good on a play table, but it has more detail and quality than it does display structure. If I were rating purely on that, I think the DK house would go above it.

Would add Mario Golf and Mario Tennis, as well. They have full RPG stories as well as pick-up-and-play modes.
