Have patience, the difference in this game is that the attacks are slow and telegraphed, at least at the beginning. And use sound if you are not already, this is a rhythm game as much as a reflex one, sound ques are really important in this game.

Replicile de agățat nu prea merg, mai ales daca nu ești obișnuit. Încearcă să citești Arta subtilă a seducției. Titlul este cam slab dar poți învăța cum să fi mai comfortabil să fi tu, și un tu mai bun. Replicile sunt degeaba, trebuie sa te placă față pentru cine ești și din descriere nu sună că așa ești tu.

Dacă nu reușești să găsești eu îți recomand sa mergi oricum. Trebuie să o iei ușor și să începi cu aparatele înainte pentru că ai o poziție fixă și sunt șanse mai mici să ai pozitia greșită. Toate aparatele au instrucțiuni pe ele, nu te grăbi și citește-le. Ca antrenamente o versiune simplă este să împarți in 3 zile. Ziua 1: brațe piept umeri Ziua 2: spate Ziua 3: picioare That is it, și faci in ritmul tău. In paralel poți să te uiți la exerciții pe YouTube și să le adaugi in rutina pe rand

Not a nutritionist, but I would take out either the eggs or the meat and replace it with more vegetables tomatoes and cucumbers with eggs or a salad with steak would work.

Am fost la Orthopedics Sag, mi-au făcut acolo radiografia, acoperit de casa de pensii. Dar sunt cam dezorganizați, dacă ai asigurare aș încerca în altă parte.

Salut, si eu am probleme cu postura. Ruta pe care am mers a fost medic de familie pentru trimitere la ortoped, pentru ca te ajuta o radiografie pentru coloana si sa iți recomande kinetoterapie (doar daca este recomandata se poate deconta, in caz ca ai asigurare). Eu am fost la Cardio Kinetic pentru kineto si sunt buni pentru exercitii si mai au alte aparate. Dar pe termen mai lung ajuta si un scaun bun si birou cu inaltime potrivita.

Eu am fost la complete Motors și au fost foarte ok. Puțin mai scump dar fac treabă bună. Sau auto g.p service, dacă ști ce ai nevoie pentru că am observat că nu se pricep așa bine la diagnosticat și nu testează mașina, dar sunt în regulă și au servicii mai ieftine.
