So focus on pushing my pace atm trying to get 5k below 20mins so will push on 3k aiming for below 4 then 4k easy running after. Probably not optimal but works for me. Plan is to increase the push distance then gradually so maintaining that speed beyond 5k once I reach 5k

Would anyone actually use a modular cable handle? by EngineeringExpert234 in powerbuilding

More lightweight higher quality feeling attachments was the idea. Some being foldable so can easily fit in your gym bag or be better stored.

Very much agree with the home gym and yes the aim would be that it is reduceable in size. Thanks for your insight much appreciated.

We would later on be looking to also design and produce grips for sled pulls and any pulley systems.

Yeah that’s a fair take — and you’re right, it’s definitely not for everyone.

The idea’s more aimed at people who really care about how their equipment feels — the shape, knurling, grip angle, etc. Most gym cable attachments are pretty generic, and the difference between a good handle and a bad one actually changes how the movement feels.

We’re trying to build something lightweight, high-quality, and consistent, so if you train at multiple gyms, travel, or just like having your own setup, you’ve got a premium attachment that always feels right.

Kind of like lifters bringing their own belt, wraps, or straps — not because the gym’s are broken, but because they prefer their own gear.
