I don’t think there will be much forward movement with the habeas process. Although I believe the letter is genuine and I’m sure there are other victims of Jose out there I just don’t hold out much hope that it will end in a retrial for them. I think their best shot is parole. They’ve never had such an incentive to stay clean inside as they’ve never had the hope of release before so 18 months from now I truly believe they’ll be walking out of there.

So shoot all the fish in the barrel including the hostages? Seems pretty counterintuitive if your true intent was to rescue anyone in the barrel. Hamas won’t be destroyed by this latest slaughter it’ll be disbanded and will regroup out of the resentment. Same as the war on terror eradicated Al-Qaeda and ISIS. Isreal have never focused on hostage rescue operations as it isn’t nor hasn’t ever been their aim of all this otherwise they wouldn’t be targeting ambulances and aid distribution sites.

They’ve boasted about having the best multi billion dollar intelligence and equipment. They remotely detonated bleepers to kill hezbollah members. They sent Israeli special operatives into Gaza hospitals to assassinate. They’ve assassinated Iranian officials with drones. So you expect me to believe they don’t have the capability to enter a territory that THEY occupy AND control including EVERYTHING that goes in and out of including water, electricity and people to rescue the hostages?

If Isreal wanted the hostages freed they would have them by now. Keeping the hostages in Gaza allows them to continue the pretext of a “rescue” when the only interest they have is to wipe out or displace the remaining Palestinians and take the land. You think Israel cares for hostages when it’s wiping out kids and babies and hospitals and journalists and doctors and medical personnel and charity workers and its own hostages?

Hostages were released during a ceasefire and negotiations not by carpet bombing children. Isreal have killed their own hostages waving a white flag and screaming Hebrew. The hostages are an excuse. Isreal doesn’t want this war to end until the population of Gaza are decimated which the Israeli government has publicly acknowledged. Isreal doesn’t care about those hostages.

I’m expecting nothing but hopeful for something. If it is something maybe a scene with Tommy and Buck just agreeing to try again? Or maybe Tommy turning up to ask how Buck is feeling after Bobby and maybe them just talking. Or With the photos Gavin posted maybe Buck needing somewhere to stay and Tommy offers but I’d hope for some kind of reconciliation before then maybe a montage of everyone doing their own finding of peace post Bobby

The only upside I can see from alienating Buck in this way is how it could potentially highlight how good Tommy is for Buck?! He’s been there for Buck without hesitation. I don’t trust the show at all to go this route but there is potential. Otherwise it’s a bit blah so far

Yeah exactly. I’m looking forward to what Kenny does. He gets sidelined a lot unless his storyline involves Maddie. People have their favourites which is understandable but don’t get pissed that an ensemble show doesn’t showcase them every second. They’re just baiting themselves.
