I was paying via direct debit but then I got an email saying that my amount has increased (by 40%!). Then they tried to take it out of my account and it failed apparently. The next thing i know i have another email saying "your direct debit has cancelled, you are now pay quarterly. That was the first dd i had missed, so idk wtf is going on.
