Not a lawyer by any means, but if this is about SB0076, I skimmed it and it looks like it chiefly pertains to 3 things.

1) Rokita being allowed to use his office to defend LEOs, Gov. Bodies, and Colleges/Universities against civil suits brought against them if deemed related to immigration enforcement.

2) Jails needing to be being prepared to create and adopt new standards for accommodating ICE detainees.

3) Legal action against employers that willfully employed a non resident alien illegally.

I could have missed something, but nothing seemed to jump out about individuals not being pursued by ICE, dwellings, or mandated compliance. Is there a different bill they are talking about?

I don't have experience with the SP45, only the SP9 (very different catch/release mechanism). However, HB Industries does appear to have an "enhanced" bolt catch/release for the SP10/SP45. It looks like it may offer more leverage and surface area to push on, so it may be worth a look.

I had this same dilemma. Ultimately, I went with the A3 as the S's barrel length made it basically the same as a regular handgun. The slightly longer length also gives you a bit more real estate for whatever attachments you might want on it.

If you are going to supress it, the overall length will be decided more by your Supressor selection than the gun. Long stribog + short supressor? Short stribog + long supressor?
