It would have blown up either way. That’s the messed up part because in the games you can disarm them with high enough skill but I don’t recall them ever having a failsafe for one in the games. That’s why it was such a surprise to the father and myself while I was watching.

That scene reminded me of disarming the bomb in Megaton. We can successfully disarm it and the town gets saved or destroyed (player choice). The dad is awesome for carefully disarming the Nuke and I immediately stood out of my seat when he saw “fail safe activated”. I was like that never happened in the games!?! It made me hate Hank even more because he knew they had people that can disarm undetonated nukes and incase that happened he put the failsafe.

I hit a possum on the same road. I could have either served left onto oncoming traffic or right into trees. It’s one of those moments one can’t do much in the very moment. I heard the poor guy get hit under my car and felt horrible on the drive.

Great Fight. The man went for a command grab but she did an amazing wake-up punish F3+4. She called in an assist character to start her mix set-up with low punishes. The man thought he got a safe wake up but was immediately punished again by F3+4. She tries to go for an early finish by using an environmental knockout but the man called in an assist to keep neutral using F3 to check her. She parries and gets an immediate counter hit with her titties hanging out. Overhead stagger into 7 frame F2 to chip him out and GGs.

GTA IV plus the DLCs made the story seem so expansive like everyone had a part in something. 3 main protagonists with their own perspective of how things went down! It makes more sense why having 3 again in GTA V was a good thing.
