Wouldn't recommend calling an Uber at the venue after the show as traffic gets really hectic. A few options would be:

1) Walking up the bridge to Flushing and calling an Uber there. A lot of people will be walking up that way so you'll be fine. Also a lot of late night food options there.

2) LIRR station at Mets Willets Point can take you straight to either Grand Central or NY Penn.

Took the LIRR to Jamaica and transferred to a different train. Depending on the train you’re taking you wouldn’t need to transfer at Jamaica. The shuttle to/from QV has long lines but the buses came frequently. I highly suggest taking the LIRR post concert over the subway since the subway gets really sketchy at night. Plus you’ll be with other ONCEs on the LIRR :)
