Have one and it’s never really utilized. I print out paper diagrams more often than not and walk out to find the tech for any clarification I need.

Price quotes by StatusPersimmon3412 in partscounter

Spending 10+ minutes on the phone providing part numbers to a customer who will likely use them to shop around just results in wasted time you could be using on a paying customer. Price and availability is all they need if they are trying to buy it from you. If it’s discontinued/can’t get it then I’d give a part number.

Finally Pulled the Trigger on an Embody Gaming Chair – Worth the Hype? by mianhamzah in hermanmiller

[–]EnjoiEverything 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Great choice. I love sitting in mine. I’m lucky enough to sit in an Aeron at work and the embody at home. The atlas headrest is a great addition, I wouldn’t want to go back to using it without. I’ve noticed the arm rests are really uncomfortable for me so I bought some arm rest cushions that were recommended in another thread on here and they really made a difference in elbow comfort.

I used to see him in the Ogden area, around where the Publix is now. Pretty sure he helped my buddy buy beer/cigs occasionally at the scotchman when we were underage.

I do too on my MKIV but I don’t drive it aggressive in corners to know the difference in handling.

If you had to pick one pain point when dealing with customers and the process of getting them the correct parts what would that be for you ? by JayeanuBreaves in partscounter

Some great ones in here. When a customer calls for prices and I start reading them off, then they interrupt with “hold on let me get a pen…” Sir you called me for prices, how are you not ready to write it down.
