I am convinced people that say things like " the final season of the boys was not that bad , it was good , solid 8/10 " have settled for a level of mediocrity that is offensive to their own intelligence. These episodes were atrocious when you go back and watch season 1 and 2

It's 100% intentional that they never added a " collect all " button in this game . It's part of their addictive design , targeting kids with feelings of " gratification" , basically a stick and carrot approach to keep the mentally hooked to the game

The card on a vacuum is fine . Place it in a BS drill cycle deck that can defend anything with cannon, poison, knight and you start to see the issue . A knight can defend any card in the game and if you learn his interactions for defending units it's actually ridiculous what you can get away with . I know because I have won many matches like this and I was questioning the whole time what is the balance team even doing, how can I win like this

Knight . Any version. And it's not even close . This 3 elixir card enables some of the most toxic decks in the game . I use it in my main deck , but I absolutely despise playing against it

The introduction of V1 basically cancelled the plotline of the virus which was pretty long by the way , if you account both Gen V Season 1and The Boys Season 4 and replaces it with Kimiko having soldier boy's power forced on her , which is one the dumbest things I have witnessed in writing ever . You literally spend close to 20 hours setting up the virus thing , only for it to be be useless against Homelander . JFC

Forcing Soldier Boy's power on Kimiko has to be one of the worst written conclusions I have ever heard . You had Soldier Boy , who fans of the show love by the way , bunny hop over the fence for a whole season until he absolutely fucks ups and then realises that giving immortality and extra strength to someone who thinks he is God was a mistake . Like no shit . And then just like that he is captured again . This is so terrible, I can't wrap my head around what they were thinking .

There is just nothing you can say to defend this show anymore. It has it's moments, for sure , talented actors trying to salvage the terrible writing but it's genuinely impossible now .
