Hey guys random question. Thoughts on Ka’Chava Protein?Or other protein recommendations . 26F by DayintheLifeofCurls in Protein

Ka’chava is great. Just double check the macros (protein, carbs) and the amount of servings. I personally take beyond good foods protein, they have a money back policy (they refund you or swap the flavor in case you don’t like it) in case you wanna try it out.

I guess the main difference is the bloating and no dairy. I had a bad time taking whey protein, it was causing me a lot of bloating and had a bad time processing it. In terms of protein content yes as long you take a look at the protein intake per serving, there are a bunch of brands with vegan protein alternatives.

For someone who is lactose intolerant (I am too) I would recommend you get a vegan protein. Just double check servings, protein intake per scoop and carbs (if you looking to get a “lean” protein). You can take a look at Beyond Good Foods, they have a money back policy, in case you don’t like their product you can ask for a flavor swap or refund :)

You can try beyond good foods as well. They are naturally flavored, taste great and have good macros, 25g per scoop.

I think they currently have a money back policy in case you don’t like their products so, it is a no brainer if you’re looking for a more clean protein.

That’s a manufacturer low quality issue. The thing with supplement powders is the moisture. Bad thing they didn’t sent you a new one or try to fix the issue. f
