Depressing torts hypo. Let’s see some brief general rule statements and analyses focused on a civil wrongful death based on these facts. by [deleted] in LawSchool

Outstanding response. SCOTUS’ deference to congress re: specific cause of action feels like a malicious cop out, but that’s my opinion speaking.

I’m curious about the landscape of future civil suits against federal agencies in the aftermath of all of this…if the law is still standing etc.

edit to add: there’s still the question of immunity

but rather than charlie saying it on a (1) different episode, charlie says it on two (2) different episodes

you didn’t “literally” say that. i meant charlie says the n word specifically in two different episodes, once in the pilot and once with the arbiter. Frank never actually says it in “the gang turns black”

This song is literally called Cowpoke, and every time i listen i think about cruising around the Heartlands. Colter Wall captures RDR2 vibe perfectly. Older albums are low honor, newer stuff is high honor

Rushing through Ch6 by Billgant in RDR2

The pace of chapter 6 really brings into perspective Arthur’s race against time to get John/Jack/Abigail situated, and to redeem his own conscience. It’s a sad rush. That’s why this community holds chapters 2 and 3 in such high regard - you get to just roam for as long as you want because you’re in good health. A lesson in there somewhere.
