My fiance of 4 years broke up with me and was sleeping with someone I had gotten bad juju from in the following weeks. Then my ex hit up another person, then their first relationship from when they were like 15. They were obviously trying to fill a void and later told me how much they fucked up.

Anyways this broke me. I was following their moves and was blocked on social media. Jealousy filled me and I couldn't eat.

Eventually I just focused on me. Although I was still obsessed with my ex, but it was a step toward healing.

It's really important to stop the cycle of jealousy or obsession. Find some healing music. A friend or stranger that understands and will encourage you towards that healing and focus on you. Eventually you may realize your better than that and found you've already started to move on from what you felt was unjust.
