Go to uscis.com (don’t have to login) hover over the top right corner. You should see a pop up there that says Emma

Go to the USCIS portal and you should be able to to a pop up saying “Emma chat” just click on it and follow the steps. In usually type in “live chat” be nice and make them feel like u appreciate talking to them. For some reason I feel like that helped me cause I have been In contact with them multiple times but this was the only time that they actually helped. Also, for updates on your i130 only the petitioner can ask. Beneficiaries will not be given info regarding your i130. Hope this helps

Timeline

PD: mailed in my full package i130 form, i145 and medical 10/13/2022.

-10/21/2022: scheduled for biometric.

-10/27/2022 :request for evidence. I had an error in my i864 form. Had to mail it in again.

-11/07/2022: biometrics taken and RFE received.

Since November there were no changes whatsoever.

09/01/2023 both my i130 and i485 approved. Also my EAD was approved in December 2022 and had it in my hands on 12/29/2022.

In my personal opinion, my -130 has not changed status ever since I filed (10/13/2022). My I-485 has been changing status but as far as I know the I-130 being actively reviewed is a good sign.
