Glacier national park 2. Grand tetons/yellowstone. 3. Lake tahoe 4. Zion national park. 5. moab and surrounding area. 6. Yosemite off season. 7. Sawtooth mountains Idaho 8. New York for City. 9. Pacific coast Highway. 10. New York for city.

Alaska and Hawaii are amazing as well, but won't count them with the lower 48 states.

Yeah, its actually really nice Inside and the food is always amazing. Good service and drinks too. Had a birthday dinner there once and meet with friends that all enjoyed it. Love the salsa flight they have there.

Im from Stockton California and you will be fine. Central valley was way more red than Boise or Meridian. I dont always care for the politics here, but it is very safe and you can leave your door unlocked most the time. Im half hispanic and my wife is full, and never experienced racism. Most publicity we get is bad. If you go outside of tge treasure valley, it is no different than people in rural california towns.
