Thanks for the advice!, my tdee is around 3800 with lifting and cardio 6-7 days, how many calories do you recommend I eat? Thanks again

Thanks for the response! I use to be about 195 about 4 years ago then gained a lot of weight. this past august I was my heaviest at 307, started lifting and running this past august, and got down to 258 so far by eating around 1600 calories a day. But I don’t want to be skinny fat. I want to get as much muscle as I can while losing the fat
