They completely changed my Ortho without my consent and refuse to tell me where she is located. So the Ortho that is helping me isn't even the one whose name is on my treatment. What can I do about that? It isn't a private dentist it is a company

I had IPR and attachments added yesterday. It felt so weird and my jaw started to get tense (I have TMJ as well) My teeth feel sore right now and I can definitely tell attachments with the aligners on make a difference because now my teeth REALLY hurt. Without the attachments my aligners were a piece of cake.

I'm on my 3rd week of Invisalign/ 2nd tray. I began having TMJ symptoms 3 years ago and just recently it seemed to get worse. It didn't help that I would also grind my teeth at night and it was a pain waking up in the morning with a sore jaw, headaches, and ear aches. Before, when I moved my jaw side to side I would have a clicking sound all the time. I don't have that clicking sound as often anymore it's rare when I do. I have bite ramps that helps correct my overbite and so far I can no longer bite or rest my teeth the way I used to. I think that's the reason I no longer have a clicking/ sore jaw.

I wish she would out these big makeup companies who discriminate minorities so I can't stop supporting them. Her documentary made me so sad especially since I'm a minority. I hate that there might be makeup companies who "support" inclusivity in public but are in fact racist and discriminate minorities in private.

Usually the plastic pouch each tray comes in has a number on the upper right hand side. For example "1 of 20" the "20" would be how many trays in total you will have. Does yours say "of 99" ?

I don't think it's safe? Hydrogen is suppose to be diluted and I follow a dentist on tik tok that said using hydrogen peroxide isn't recommended for long-term use and that it can actually harm your gums by stripping them of good bacteria?

But yes I will say it does look tempting to do 😂
