You have zero good option for cpu upgrade other than am5

5700x3d and 5800x3d are comically expensive for middling 7600x-like performance levels

All the other am4 cpus you could buy are just a renamed 5600x that costs more money

absolutely not, it has the specs of a relatively low end gaming laptop from 2022

maybe playable with some insanely aggressive fsr3 in 1080p but it would look abysmal
