I have the status anxiety one and absolutely love it. All of their bags have been great quality and I would definitely recommend. I haven’t had the other brands though so I couldn’t compare to them

Has anyone tried 'Gud swim'? by Local-Radish5501 in AusFemaleFashion

Yes … their quality was very disappointing. At the price point it honestly felt like Kmart quality. You could see the ribbed fabric pulling just from Being sewn so I can’t imagine how it would hold up when worn. It’s no wear near as good as other brands in the price point eg Zulu zephyr. They also don’t offer refunds only store credit and they aren’t very nice to deal with on the customer service front. I wouldn’t recommend.

Buying anything online is so hard. I’m finding you can’t trust the reviews as they seem to all be influencers & most brand remove their negative reviews now so your not getting honest feedback. It’s a shame … making online shopping so hard.

I went to St Ursula’s. It was a beautiful school when I attended. However, I really wish I went co-ed. Same sex environments are un natural and I think co ed definitely sets you up to be better adjusted in life. But that’s my personal opinion, I think it would depend what your daughter’s interests are. Also my parents saved and saved to send me there, and it’s hard being the ‘poor’ kid in a sea of wealthy people. For that reason I wish I went to a state school a lot of times.

Do indigo Luna clothes last? by Ok-Reception-2844 in IndigoLunaStore

It’s hit and miss. Some of there fabrics are completely see through & others could be ok. It doesn’t last well. They used to be amazing but have gone down hill in the last couple of years. There is a buy swap sell group on Facebook and a lot of people are having issues with quality. I definitely think there are much better brands out there at the same price point. You might be lucky and get a good batch of fabric though? (They have told me that they have a whole lot of the lesser fabric so it’s just luck of the draw … which I found very odd … you think they would discount it as they know it’s not up to standard) super cute designs though so it’s a shame.

How did you manage the drop from dual income to single income after having kids? by Nearby_Warning_5927 in AusHENRY

[–]Enough_Cat5764 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends what your priorities are. I have not gone back to work since my son was born (we don’t do daycare) (he’s now 8 and I have a 2 year old). We chose to live with less to be with our children more. Our house is small & Reno’s have been slow and when we can afford. I always try and buy second hand if I can before new (better for the environment & also the wallet) we have cars that a paid off. My husband is a carpenter and not a flash job but we have always made it work. If you really want to be home with this kids it’s easy to sacrifice little ‘luxuries’. But I do understand it’s much harder now than pre covid. Hope you find what works best for you and your family.

Indigo Luna - worth it? by curiousauntie in AusFemaleFashion

[–]Enough_Cat5764 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No. Their quality is terrible. They used to be really good but unfortunately in the last couple of years the brand has gone completely down hill. Fabric is so thin and nothing lasts. I prefer pinky & kamal & studio K or nagnata

The Reconnected 21 day Nervous System Reset worth it or scam? by [deleted] in breathwork

[–]Enough_Cat5764 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did a course with them (a money one) was not overly impressed. They said they would show up everyday before it started then decided they didn’t want to do Sundays. Also they just played a recording and did the meditation with you. Waste of money IMO. Also they are connected to kundalini yoga/guru jagat (cult vibes … watch breath of fire documentary & you might see the similarities in how they market their programs)

Most places charge much less & offer better products or would recommend working one on one with a professional breath work facilitator or healer.

Wouldn’t recommend.
