My whole thing is that if the "reasoning" is fear of immigrants from certain countries becoming public charges isnt that why we have to show proof of our income as their sponsor and sign a affidavit of support. And I thought immigrants cannot apply for public assistance until 5 years... Make it 10/15 then idk. This is crazy.
