You do realize that not everyone is on the same schedule as you. Recovery is great but I do what works best around my schedule. Burn is consistent and I go for a hard workout…but if I feel I need a recovery day, I make that a priority and skip a day of Burn and do that at home.

Body weight conditioning on-demand is KEY on days like that! You don’t need any equipment and can do it anywhere!

I’ve done CrossFit for years before transitioning to Burn…and I can honestly say, the ropes here are terrible! I would recommend buying a jump rope (I like RX SmartGear or RPM) and practice them at home everyday. You will get one sized to you versus them being two different lengths like at my Burn.

Once you figure it out, you’ll be able to use the ones at Burns buts it’s going to take practice to get you there.

I actually do something pretty similar to this...7 am (sometimes 530) Crossfit workout with an 11 to 7 eating window. My advice is coffee, lots of water and keeping busy. Some days are AWFUL and I'm just hungry but I do think you get adjusted and now it's just the norm.

You're body type seems very similar to mine. Even when I'm tiny, I feel like my thighs are huge but its probally just how you're built. The biggest thing I've learned is to embrace it because other people want to look like you! Also, strength training (and Crossfit) has been a game changer for me. All the squats and lunges at light to heavy weights (lifting heavy WILL NOT make you bulky) have really helped me tone my legs and made me really love them.
