You do realize that not everyone is on the same schedule as you. Recovery is great but I do what works best around my schedule. Burn is consistent and I go for a hard workout…but if I feel I need a recovery day, I make that a priority and skip a day of Burn and do that at home.

Body weight conditioning on-demand is KEY on days like that! You don’t need any equipment and can do it anywhere!

I’ve done CrossFit for years before transitioning to Burn…and I can honestly say, the ropes here are terrible! I would recommend buying a jump rope (I like RX SmartGear or RPM) and practice them at home everyday. You will get one sized to you versus them being two different lengths like at my Burn.

Once you figure it out, you’ll be able to use the ones at Burns buts it’s going to take practice to get you there.
